Lalit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1997 . He has had exposure in the field of Direct taxation, Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Trust Audit and handling various accounting support projects for variety of clients. He has worked for GSK & Coke in the past.

FCA Garima Singhal, working as partner in ASR & Company since April 2021. Qualified in year 2003, having pioneering career of 18 years reflecting strong leadership qualifications coupled with solid experience in Management Control, Strategic Development & Execution, Accounts Reconciliation, Financial Risk Management, Costing & Pricing Strategies, Profit Centre Operations, Audits & Management Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Implementation of Internal Controls at various levels. Worked with Corporates like PepsiCo, Esys Sytems technologies, Startup buddy Services. She is recognized as a keen analyst with exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.

Vibhor is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 10 years of experience in developing various finance functions of mid size and large size companies. Vibhor has served the role of Chief Finance Officer/Finance Head of many companies in different industries like steel manufacturing, education institution etc. his expertise is in setting up the finance functions of the company, monitoring of finance department remotely, advisory on various laws like GST, Income tax and Company law etc.
